Park Place Independent Living is perfect for seniors who are looking to make the most of their retirement experience but who can provide for their own needs, including activities of daily living. Enjoy the benefits of maintenance free living plus socializing with others while still having the privacy of your own apartment. Park Place residents also receive priority access to Park Haven Residential Health Care and long-term care if additional services are needed. Enjoy just the right number of neighbors and live in one of our 20 apartments. Studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom apartments are available.

Park Haven Residential Health Care

Park Haven Residential Health Care offers the balance of independent living plus additional assistance for seniors that need more than Park Place independent living offers. In addition to housekeeping and three meals/day, staff are available to assist with daily tasks, medication administration, and scheduled activities. 16 apartments are available in Park Haven Residential Health care (1 bedroom and 1 bedroom deluxe).

We’ve been a well established retirement home and community since 1965. We offer both short and long-term care, depending on your current health needs. We know that as we age, everyday movements become increasingly challenging and can even pose a threat to our residents safety, increasing the likelihood of a slip or fall.  With a robust physical therapy program in place, our residents have access to services that help reduce their pain, improve their mobility, and increase their independence, ultimately improving their quality of life. 

Communal Dining

Park Lane Nursing Home and Park Haven Residential Health Care offers communal dining. We recognize that a good social environment and a pleasant physical atmosphere during meals can have beneficial effects on food intake. Enjoying meals with family and friends have a positive effect on food consumption. Good relationships between relatives create an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation, and can increase time at the table. 

Beauty Shop

Our onsite beauty salon offers standard hair-care services including shampoo and style, cuts, and perms, plus beard trimming and haircuts for men. The salon is staffed by a licensed beautician and provides services for all our residents living on our campus.
